Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, please read these terms with a parent or guardian and make sure they're okay with you playing.

Your account

• Keep your password and recovery code private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell or trade accounts.
• Pick a username that follows the rules below. We can change usernames that don't.

Play nice

When you use chat, mail, trades or your profile, don't:

• Bully, harass, threaten or hate on anyone.
• Post anything sexual, violent, or otherwise not okay for a game with younger players.
• Share your own or anyone else's personal information, like addresses, phone numbers or social media.
• Scam other players, or pretend to be a moderator or member of staff.
• Spam, or advertise other sites or services.

Keep it fair

• Don't cheat, use bots or scripts, or edit your game data.
• Don't exploit bugs. If you find one, please tell us on the contact page instead.
• Don't try to break into accounts, our servers, or other people's data.

Kreetures, KREE and other virtual items

• KREE, Kreetures, eggs, items, badges and Club time are part of the game. They aren't real money or property, have no cash value, and can't be exchanged for real money.
• You're allowed to use them in the game, but they belong to KREETURE. Selling them or your account for real money isn't allowed.
• We may rebalance, change or remove virtual items, and fix or undo progress gained through bugs or cheating.
• Trades between players are final. Check a trade carefully before you accept it.
• Promo codes can only be used once per account and can't be exchanged for anything else.

Things you post

You own what you write, like letters, chat messages and your bio. By posting it, you let us store and show it in the game so it works as intended. We can remove anything that breaks these rules.

If you break the rules

Depending on what happened, we may warn you, mute you, remove content, reset progress, or suspend or ban your account, sometimes without warning. Bans can also apply to the network you play from.

Our game

The game, its code, name, characters, art and sound belong to KREETURE or the artists who licensed them to us (see credits). Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

The game is still growing

KREETURE is in active development. Features may change, break or be removed, the game may be offline sometimes, and progress could be lost. Most progress is saved in your browser, so clearing your browser data can erase it. We provide the game "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, KREETURE isn't liable for indirect or unexpected losses, or for lost virtual items or progress. KREETURE is free to play, and our total liability to you for anything related to the game is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the last 12 months.

Leaving

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may also close accounts that break these terms, or shut the game down with reasonable notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the game changes. We'll update the date at the top, and tell players in the game about important changes. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
